Location: Okinawa city; off of BC street. Parking is advisable at the entry to BC street, across from the shopping mall in the public lot there. Walk down BC street until almost where it meets the 330, but veer right towards the entrance to the market arcade. There is a street running parallel to the market, with multiple entrances into the market. Along one of these entrance streets you'll see a sign for a Taiwanese restaurant, which is directly opposite a small vegetarian restaurant.
This is some of the worst Chinese food we've had in a while. The place looked promising, small with a mama-san doing the cooking and serving. There were dark wood tables and children's drawings on the walls. Unfortunately, the shumai and gyoza were the same flavorless filling in different wrappers. A noodle dish with vegetable turned out to be white rice noodle with cabbage, thoroughly uninspired. A "homemade sour plum" with sake beverage in fact was cheap sake combined with a commercial Japanese mixer available at the San-A for about 100Y. On the upside, the bathrooms were quite tidy.
